It was a very easy process that started off with a phone interview and then an in-person one. I was hired a week after the interview and it took about a month to start.

The whole process is very thorough and complete. They require a background check, since this is a Non Profit Organization. A decent amount of paperwork to fill out. One on one interview that was very well done.
