I applied through other source. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Bloom Energy
Interview
Screening by recruiter by phone, screening by hiring manager by phone, then site interview with about 8 people. People not trained on how to interview. Very hectic and erratic. Some of the people seemed to be interested in coming across to me as very smart, rather than in finding out about my skills. Others were great. Clearly a lot of smart people work there but they are not very versed in management skills. Also I found they were very male dominated.

Question 1
Technical questions, but nothing out of the ordinary. There were also questions about how to work with others. No difficult questions at all.

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Bloom Energy (Sunnyvale, CA) in Sept 2014
Interview
They have a really good interview process. Applied online via linked in. Got a call from a recruiter in about a week. Then, a general interview with the HR team on the phone followed by 6 hour on-site interview. They really take time to find the best candidates.
I applied through other source. The process took 9 months. I interviewed at Bloom Energy (Newark, DE) in Mar 2014
Interview
Very long interview process. It's a good thing because they look for the best talent and fit for the company. Took a year to finally get in the door because there was a time where the company was building a new plant and it was busy. Since the company has 2 locations (California and Delaware) there were some video interviews. There was a plant tour which was nice. It helped show the type of work environment you may be in.
