First, I would like to thank you for sharing the feedback about BloomThat interview process. So sorry to hear that you had such experience with us. There are no excuses for being late, but I can assure you that our company improved our hiring process and we are very considerate about our candidates needs and their time. Unfortunately, when it comes to applying for jobs at smaller companies, many people get involved during interview process and ultimately, there are no follow ups. This is one of the many reasons why small startups need to hire an HR professional to handle such cases and guide their team members through the entire process by avoiding the bitter taste.
