Bloomberg's HR (New York) scheduled the interview by first asking what dates and times I would be available. After answering back I didn't receive a response for a week. So communication with HR was very poor to begin with. Then on the day of the interview, Bloomberg had a scheduling conflict and asked to push the interview back two hours. Once the interview began, I was informed that there would be three people on the call from Bloomberg's side, when I was originally told that there would only be one person.
