Attended a in person first round interview with the hiring manager, the interview went reasonably well. I would comment it seemed unstructured but overall it was a positive meeting. Sadly after the interview I never heard from anyone at Bloomberg again, I reached out for feedback to the two individuals who’s emails I had in the recruitment team and as a last resort reached out to the hiring manager via LinkedId, I received a response from no one. Incredibly unprofessional and disrespectful of the time and effort candidates put into the interview process. Such a poor reflection on the company and would deter me from applying for another position there in the future.

I was invited to an interview, booked in a call with HR and then ghosted. I emailed to chase up and heard zero response. Extremely unprofessional and poor behaviour. I would never apply for a job at Bloomberg again and would not recommend anyone else does.
