Interview
The first round of the interview was conducted online. Two staff interviewed me, I was asked to introduce myself briefly and talk about my experiences, then they tested me on knowledge related to economics / finance.
CV + cover letter followed by Assessment day. Had a 2 hour test + a networking session with former interns + 2 30 min interviews. They were very welcoming and accommodating but the two interviews repeated themselves a lot.

The hiring process was quick: application form, video interview, and a final online interview with a US panel. It took me about four months from application to receiving an offer.
Have only gotten to the hirevue part so far. four questions asked, 90 seconds for each. only one attempt allowed. questions about work experience and interest in journalism and bloomberg.
