HR call, followed by a virtual interview with 2 colleagues in the data team from China/HK. Last round was an in-person interview with a lady joining in virtually
Call was around half an hour, while the in-person session was around an hour.
3 rounds, all finance/behavioural
First round with senior team members, second with two team leaders, 3rd with the manager of the team. they wanted to make sure I'm aligned culture-wise with what the team does

Interview
You start off by doing an assessment on plum that's kind of between doing a behavioral test and and IQ test. Then you have a one-way video interview where you answer a few questions about the what you think the job requires of you and why you would be well suited for it. After this you'll get invited to an in-person.
