Applied online and one of their HR send me an email and scheduled for an interview. Not a hard one basically go through your CV and what do you know about Bloomberg etc. After the interview, it take less than 24 for Bloomberg notified the application will move to the next stage. The on site interview is with 2 of the managers from the department, the atmosphere is good and this time ask you more related to your career plan and those questions you expected (i.e. what you see yourself in 5 years time? why Bloomberg? etc.)
