Interview
Met with 4-5 different persons in management. Interview process was long and drawn out over time. It spanned a few months and multiple interviews (about 8 meetings) before an offer was finally made.

Question 1
What are Credit Default Swaps? What do you know about Fixed Income?
Interview with HR discussing role and how my experience as a relationship manager can translate into the role. It was fairly straightforward to learn my motivation and if i would suit the role.
Few stages starting with a telephone screen. Remain curious and personable throughout. It's worth more than knowledge. Learn a little bit about the product you're looking to sell. You'll be ok.

Challenging, grilled by two senior sales reps on several topics. No technical questions, almost only motivation. They want to make sure you're committed and mentally ready for the job and the 6-months training.
