After the CV screen you get called for a pre recorded interview to check language skills . HR will then have a follow up to assess motivations . There may be a role play during the TL round as well and some shadow exercise. Overall very straightforward process and great HR follow up

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Bloomberg (New York, NY) in Jan 2011
Interview
I applied online and was contacted soon for a phone interview with a member of the HR team. The phone interview was about 20 minutes and was basic. The phone interviewed covered my resume, experiences, interests, and specific interest in Bloomberg and the program. I was then invited back for a second round interview in new york. The day consisted of a tour of the facility, a demo on the terminal, two shadows of the analytics team, and a 2:1 interview with some managers in the analytics department. The interview focused on an interest of Bloomberg and finance and finding out if I was a good fit for the company. Next they sent some people home and but others stayed for a third round interview with the head of analytics. This interview just went deeper into understanding my fit for the company and interest in finance. It lasted 30 minutes.
