Interview
Applied online as well as through an employee referral. Got an email to schedule a phone interview the next day. Phone interview asked basic stuff like why do you want to work here? and questions regarding my experience.
I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Blue Box Group (Seattle, WA) in Oct 2014
Interview
Disorganized. Use caution when Interviewing here, they simply don't have it together. No objective or process and questions about next steps were met with discontent, like they were bothered. During the "Panel interview" I met with 3 other sales people a sales engineer and the new sales manager. As I was not informed of the process - or the objective -I was unclear if this was my last interview and therefore my last chance to ask questions. Unfortunately there were no answers to my questions. What would have been preferred and even polite would have been to say something like, "Hey, we are still trying to figure out BLANK, but if you bear with us we'll get back to you." Instead they only became annoyed. If you think of the company as a product, the interviewer as the salesperson, and the candidate as the prospect, the salesperson should not get annoyed when asked questions about the product. But hey, maybe that's why they are struggling to get sales and to find quality salespeople. It's too bad, really, because their executive team is solid.

Interview
Meet a number of employees and have them ask you technical questions. The technical questions were not too difficult, but it might be hard finding someone you can realate to. This might have been the ultimate disconnect between me and the job. I think I did fairly well in their technical section.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Nothing was over the head difficult. I don't remember anything unexpected. There might have been a question regarding something I'm not an expert in, but the majority of questions were straight forward. It's a pretty nice office here. Looks like a nice place to work if you can fit in. The interview was quite some time ago. I'm trying to look at similar enterprises.
