Was contacted by a BCS recruiter. She setup a phone interview with the hiring manager. The first phone interview lasted 45 mins with the hiring manager. Basically talked about everything on my resume. Since that went well another interview was held with the same person. It lasted 2h 15m. BCS follows some text book method of interviewing. That went well too. Then the interviewer suggested he wanted to do a pair programming session with me. I was fine with it. But then they could not set that up because of some "legal reasons". After that things became a nightmare. Following up with the recruiter whose response had started waning. Eventually she stopped replying. I talked to the hiring manager and he setup an interview with two of his tech people. This was after 2.5 weeks. That interview was a joke to say the least. All in all don't waste your time.
