Interview
Long and drawn out. Always promised to be seen for my "final interview" by the CEO, but he never found time to meet with me until about a month after they were supposed to hire me. Met with several different interviewers over the course of the process, but had to meet the CEO for final approval, which took forever.

I was asked about video production several times, which i have minimal experience. It's almost as if they took one small aspect of my experience and decided to make that the focus of the interview. Very strange.

Interview
It was the best and easiest interview I have ever had. The environment was casual and to the point. My interviewers knew exactly who they wanted for the job. Yay, it was me!
