I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Blue Mesa Health (Clearwater, FL) in Nov 2021
Interview
I went through the whole interview process through an app called Telegram after seeing a post on Facebook for the job. Once I had been told I would be hired I was then told I was going to be sent an invoice for materials, but then would be reimbursed to see how well I handle company funds and follow instructions. I asked how often I would be handling company funds as a data entry clerk and was told "All we need from you is good work and trust and you will enjoy every moment working with us." That was the response I got to that question. When I said I was no longer interested I was told somebody from accounting would call me. I asked for something in writing on the invoice, how much it would be, what it was for and how I would be reimbursed. From there I got a runaround and song and dance with the story changing multiple times. I have saved the entire chat so I have proof of this.
If this is a legitimate company, which I doubt 100%, this is just poor business and completely unacceptable.
Having somebody pay for something to be reimbursed makes zero sense and from an accounting perspective, why would the company create that much work for themselves? Invoice then reimburse? Why?
Total SCAM.

Question 1
I was asked multiple questions, including my credit score, my gender (which is illegal to ask in an interview) and who I bank with.
