I applied to Blue Origin through their career website and I got a phone screen call the following week. Within about a week, I was scheduled for another phone interview with the Simulation Engineer Lead. The phone interview lasted about 45 min where I mainly went through a detailed technical walk through of my resume and projects. I was told at the conclusion of the phone interview that I was passed through to the on-site interview which was scheduled within the following two-weeks. The on-site interview was very relaxed, all of the engineers I interviewed with were nice and down to Earth. However, the interview questions themselves were quite diverse and very very technical. Overall, a very difficult interview but nothing I didn't expect. Some of the engineers will lead you in the right direction if you get stuck on a technical question.
