Got screened by recruiter 5 days after submitting application from there I got an email setting up an appointment to speak to Machinist Dep manager. Spoke to him 1 week after, after that I got flown into Kent, WA. I had to make an essay before interview and then a presentation.

There are 3 interviews for the position. The 1st interview is a general phone/video screening. The 2nd and 3rd interviews are for technical interviews and 30+ minute presentation about prior experience.
