Interview
First response took a matter of hours. I received a call and an email from a recruiter. The next step took about three days in which I was able to select some times to do a technical phone interview. Then three days later I spoke to the manager and an engineer about my self (i.e. skills and background) and then they asked me some questions.
-Total time from sent application to the first round of technical phone interview 6 days.
- I was honest in that if I didn't know what something was I made sure to express that I didn't know or had no working knowledge of said "xxxxxx".
- I had seven questions lined up to ask the manager about the role. One of my questions actually ripped the vale off the position posting - needless to say, I'm extremely excited to move forward now.
- I received a phone call about 5 mins after talking to the manager and engineer to talk about technical phone interview.
- Will be contacted by B/O HR to set up another in-person interview.

Long, multiple people, as well as a panel. Took me all day to get through this part and weeks to get through everything else. Questions were typical depending on your level

The interview process was too long (try 4 hours) across 4 or 5 different people. I've never heard of such but maybe this why that other company is actually accomplishing Space things! I went through a recruiter phone screen, then team lead phone screen, and then the 4 hour long webex interview. You also have to make a PowerPoint about a project you have worked on.
