Had a great phone screen and initial chat with the hiring manager. Also spoke to what I recall as a team lead and was interested. Spent at least 20 hours preparing for the final interview, a grueling 5 hour presentation, and was never contacted again. No feedback, no denial just ghosted. A massive disappointment and not very professional. Hiring manager was late and disinterested in final interview.
