It was a phone call screener, and I was assigned an (unpaid for) task by someone who thought they knew how to protect their candidate's information (yes they gave me a real person's resume with their info on it but it wasn't truly redacted).
Based on the screener, and the questions they asked gave me all I needed to know about expectations and what a high pressure job this would have been. (No thank you)
Great people and overall positive impression of the firm!! Love the technology focus for their reps - think they could be a bit more specialized in terms of positions they focus on

Thank you for taking the time to review your interview experience with Blue Signal. We are glad to know it was such a positive discussion. We wish you the best of luck in your search!
Overall, fairly easy! You go through a few security questions and then have a few virtual interviews. After each interview, you talk with someone higher up in the company. Security process isn't the most efficient but not too much of a hassle.
