Blue Sky Therapy interview questions

I went to an in person interview (informal with manager). I also had a call on the phone. I also had to submit paperwork prior to interview which is typical for my position. Pretty standard over all.

The regional manager interviewed me over the phone. She mostly explained the daily routine at the facility, that it is fast-paced and the OT would oversee 4 OTAs. She asked general questions regarding my experience and familiarity with their documentation system.
