I did several virtual interviews and an in person day where I met with a group of people, I also completed a work personality exam and had some questions to fill out prior.
I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Blue Trust in May 2024
Interview
I was sent their "Compliance Memo" prior to the interview to review and ask questions.
The interviewer was late and asked rather poor questions. I was told it would take 1 hour to complete the interview. It took only 10 minutes. When it was over, it felt like it was a waste of time.
