BlueStar Resort & Golf interview questions

Very straightforward, just a quick chat with management, some basic interview questions, so on. What you'd expect for a job like this. Mostly about proving a sense of responsibility. I was in high school when I was interviewed and mostly got asked about my work habits as they related to classes.

Consisted of about three phone interviews, each lasting almost an hour. After passing those, I was invited to fly to their headquarters in Scottsdale, AZ. I then had three consecutive interviews each lasting about an hour once again. The entire process felt like it took forever, I would interview once then go over a week until I finally heard back and had to interview again. Although it seemed intense at first, the interviewers were very friendly and made it feel more like an intelligent conversation than an interview. Many of the interviews became repetitive, I found I was being asked very similar questions in each one.
