First words I heard - " Is this employee STUPID for not knowing how to configure a VPN" .
Look through their glassdoor I'm pretty sure they are doing their own posts.
- you can tell how the rest of the interview went:
1 phone call , 1 skype, and a in person to get all the paperwork down. The phone call and the Skype interview went great they asked questions regarding to the position and cloud-based technologies that one would have worked with. Also they send a email followup regarding the position and see what you know. The in-person interview was a joke and had no respect from the employees.
Before the in-person interview began I already heard one of the managers calling another employee an idiot for not knowing how to configure a VPN before I even sat down. Once in person they low balled me in terms of salary expectations. They asked what the salary expectation was via email than in person they give you dramatically less. It was at least 10% less than what I was making from the former job I had. They stated that during the interview if anything was negotiable and did not even consider anything or wanted to negotiate at all in terms.
When I went in there was already a paper set with the deflated salary negotiation. Then they stated the pto time which was also lower than expected the initial offering was 7 days for the WHOLE year and PER manager's discretion. They even stated that you get an additional few days off after TWO years after that I asked if they provided any way to take a certificate and get it reimbursed and they laughed at the question.
shortly after they rescinded the offer due to "not a great fit".
