Bluefield Group interview questions

I had a very positive interview for the Energy Engineer position. The team was professional and welcoming, showing genuine interest in my skills and experience. The questions were relevant and focused on my technical abilities and vision for energy innovation. I appreciated the clear outline of future projects and growth opportunities. I left the interview feeling motivated and aligned with the company's values and goals.

There were 2 interviews. An initial stage with the FD and head of O&M. The second was in London with the group CEO. The position needed to be filled quickly.
