Bluefin Distribution Assistant Operations Manager interview questions

Put in my app, two weeks later I got a phone call with a quick phone screening. The hr lady said it would take two weeks to call me back if they wanted me to come in for a face to face. Got a call back less than an hour to set up a date to go in. First face to face was with the Operations Manager. Very cool guy, very up front. As they should be cause you want to know what your getting yourself into. He asked a lot of questions and so did I. Probably was there for almost two hours. At the end of the interview he said he wanted me to come in for a second interview with the owner and CEO. He told me to follow up the next day if HR department didn’t reach out. So, HR department didn’t reach out so I followed up., hr department sent an email stating they are still reviewing my app and would get back to me. Go figure, they get back to me within the hour to set up another interview with the HR head and CFO. Came in a week later for the interview, thought it went really good with the Ops Manager, and thought it went ok with the hr head and cfo. Interview took an hour, and at the end they said they were in a hurry to get someone in quickly. I followed up with a thank you email, with no response. I followed up a week later again with no response. I followed up again five days after that and was told by the hr department that they didn’t have an answer to when they were making a decision. I received a email two hours later from the ops manager saying they are continuing their search and good luck to me in the future. WTF. Lots of mis-communication here. Lack of response from HR Department is the most frustrating thing.
