The interview process at first builds you up as if you will have a one on one interview. First you email your information or call (they had an ad on craigs list) Its a Christian based company. Can you say Cattle Call! Terrible experience! He didnt know our names but emailed us as if he was looking forward to meeting you one on one. I get there 15 minutes early resume and type test in hand (they dont even ask for it just resume) then two other people showed up. Interviewee greets us (the one that emailed us all) doesnt even introduce him self properly (shake hands or even ask each of our names) just gives us a tour takes us to a conference room to watch a product they have (which was poor quaility at best) gives us history about the company and a handout the hourly and commision structure and health insurance (excellent benefits) vacation time (great) and free gym membership next door! And then takes us one by one in an office an simply for 3 to 4 minutes to ask us what he wanted him to remember most about me? After we were done he took us to the door and told us if we didnt here from him by Feb 18th he made his decision. And there was two others at the door to do the same thing Im sure. So if he does this weekly thats potential of 300 candidates for 3 slots. Honestly It would be easier to review each candates qualifications FIRST, then call to screen out SECOND and THIRD to do a panel interview, ask there names AND spend a little more time with them and PREPARE the candidate it is a panel interview. (To me this was the worst interview I have had yet)
