I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Bluegreen Vacations (Olathe, KS) in Jun 2022
Interview
I was sent an email telling me to text a number to set up an interview. After setting up the interview, I arrived 15 minutes early and called like I was told, but there was no answer. Bass pro employees were very nice and helped me find where to go. I waited over 30 minutes and my interview started late. During my interview, the interviewer was unprofessional and kept checking his phone and even got up to get his charger. He got up another time to shake the hand of the next interviewer, which was not done to me. After talking to the reps I also found out he lied about the length of time they had worked there and about the previous manager getting let go, he quit! I got offered a panel interview next and it was scheduled for the next day, after a horrible first interview I almost didn't accept, but did it for experience. I was told right before my panel that they filled the position and then offered a higher position if I would relocate to Michigan. I was unable to relocate and got the message that their sales manager didn't work out (it had been 1 day) and that they would like to continue with the panel.

Interview
Very professional and told everything they were looking for and expected. Wanted to know when could start and what to expect when hired. Them had to pass a background check and a drug test which should be done industry wide.

Interview
Informal outside, asks a lot of basic questions but more talk about their experience years ago with the company. Pretty laid back and straight to the point minus a few awkward questions.
