It was a fast, unbious process. They were very strict and direct. They look more into my personality than my academic background. During the interview, I showcased my skills, experience, and enthusiasm, leaving a lasting impression on the company's hiring manager.

Interview
Basic Interview. I was called but never really knowing what the position I was applying for because they didn't told me (in the application it was "regulatory affairs or pharmacovigilance" - but it turned out to be project management). Only at the end of the interview I was told the position I was applying for. The interview was 3:1. Basic questions, nothing to much complicated.
I rated this as a negative experience because I kept asking at the beginning of the interview the position I was applying for and they just kept asking "what would you like to do here?"...
