I applied through university. I interviewed at Blueport Commerce (Boston, MA) in Mar 2021
Interview
Straight forward. 5 rounds. Mix of behavioral and coding questions. No curved balls or unexpected questions. Some questions were riddles like to tease out candidate thinking. Coding questions was straight forward and can use any programming language. Tip: using a low level language like objective C was useful as they didn’t have an IDE ready to run the code

I applied online. I interviewed at Blueport Commerce (Boston, MA) in Mar 2021
Interview
Began with a 30-min phone screen with some beginner knowledge questions and light behavioural questions (e.g. a project you enjoyed), then mostly logistics. The actual interview was four 30-min talks with four different people, which were technical, knowledge, behavioural, then your own questions for more of a back and forth dialogue.
Really great people, friendly and really willing to help and engage with you. Tech and knowledge was a basic algorithm and then OOD questions about Java.
