I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Bluetent (Basalt, CO) in Apr 2021
Interview
The interview process at Bluetent was thorough but not over the top. I had 3 rounds of interviews and was updated on the status of my application regularly along the way. Interviewers were personable and professional.
This was by far the most fantastic interview process I have ever been a part of. I submitted my application online where it states that you will hear from Bluetent within one week no matter what AND that your application will be reviewed by a human. First and foremost, these are two NOT common things when applying for jobs, so huge props to Bluetent.
I received an email 6-7 days later to schedule a video call for screening and was also informed that prior to this I would need to complete a Behavioral Assessment as well as a Cognitive Assessment (practice for this). The initial video screening was with an HR Coordinator as well as the Implementation Manager (your potential future boss) and took about 30 minutes. It was very informative about the company and position. The second interview is also a video interview with the same two people (HR Coordinator and Implementation Manager) as well as the HR Manager. It is more in-depth and even more informative. They give you ample time to ask questions as well.
Before the final interview, they called 3 of my professional references. The final interview is in-person with a table of interviewers (Implementation Specialist, Implementation Manager, HR Coordinator, HR Manager, and CPO). It is a great way to see the office, the teams, learn more about the company structure, and ask any final questions. The people I had not previously interviewed with asked a few questions after clearly reviewing my resume. Every interview was far more of a conversation and a "get to know us while we get to know you" and not a bombardment of "typical" interview questions.
The entire process was a phenomenal experience (yep, you read that right) - they were transparent from the very first call about the company, what they were looking for, what the applicant can expect if they are hired, etc.
Unfortunately, there were too many (personal life) factors working against me and it did not make sense to accept the offer at the time as my experience was more mid-level and the position more entry-level. I highly recommend applying to Bluetent if there is a position that you are a good fit for.
