There was no interview, I was ghosted. Despite confirmation and communication on my end, the recruiter opted not to respond or communicate via email or text. Instead, they waited for the allotted interview time to expire and rescheduled me for an unavailable date. As a candidate, this indicates that either they're backfilling the position (or was filled) or Boart Longyear doesn't value applicants' time --and by proxy their employees' time.
