Phone Call with a few brief questions in the first round. They were focused around my skill set, past experiences and information on post-doctoral positions at the company. They also told my the salary and relocation package they offered.

I had a great interview day with a nice atmosphere, an excellent organization a priori to my visit, a well-structured schedule, and engaging, interesting questions. Overall, it was a truly enjoyable and rewarding experience.

Regular process. Applied online and HR reached out in 1 week. 2 rounds interviews with basic HR & behavioral questions. First interview with HM and the Lab Head. Second round with 2 panel interviews.
