HR phone call interview, connect to the hiring manager, and give a 1h onsite/virtual presentation talking about your previous projects and experience. Then 30 mins 1:1 interview with 3-4 ppl.

It is usually a 1 h presentation followed by 1 on 1s with 4 to 6 group members. It will be a full day interview. Lunch will be with the group members. People are friendly. Relatively easy interview.

1. interview with HM and director 2. presentation and panel interview. Panel interview has 5-7 people, it can take two days or all in one day depending on the schedule.
