I had an initial screening call with the talent acquisition team, who asked me basic questions about my willingness to relocate and prior experience. After that, I interviewed with my direct report and some members of the lab - the interview went pretty smoothly, and the direct report was the one asking the most of the questions. They wanted to know more about my projects in a little more detail. They said they'd be in touch in a week's time - and they were. The talent acquisition called me in a couple of days' time to tell me that I'd been offered the position with details about the pay and a nice relocation package.
