Interview
After applying online, you will be contacted by phone to schedule a Skype interview. It lasts maybe 15 minutes, and is mostly to ensure that you are capable of acting and appearing sane and polite. In addition, they will inform you of the dress code requirements, which also includes that men be clean shaven on days they work.

Interview
They ask you routine, simple questions, such as strengths/weaknesses, and about hypothetical scenarios involving coworker conflicts and member complaints. Be prepared to be polite and give text-book answers, and dress in the clothes required for the job. If you don't have a record and seem sane, you'll probably get the job.
