I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Bojangles' (Shelbyville, KY)
Interview
I recieved a call at 9:00 pm at night to set up an interview. This was the first sign of how unprofessional this entire process was going to be.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
None, she did not ask me anything just cared about salary and said I would be working 55hrs a week and we will have to see if they have any openings. So, please tell me why she brought me in for an interview if they did not have any openings? It was so unorganized and unprofessional! She was also 40 minutes late for the interview and left me sitting in the store, and she had no idea what the 401K match was for this company. If this is how Bojangles operates, then I refuse to work for this company.
I applied in-person. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Bojangles' in Jun 2015
Interview
Met Area Director at a hotel hiring session. Questions were simple and straight to the point. Received a call the next week from a different Area Director wanting a 2nd interview, was hired later that day.

What do you bring to the company? What is your leadership style? What is your biggest weakness?
I applied online. I interviewed at Bojangles' (North Atlanta, GA) in Jun 2014
Interview
I am only on the first interview, but so far it has been a positive experience. I was at a hiring event in June of 2014. There were several candidates there. The area director was pleasant. It was easy. I am awaiting the results of the background check. It shouldn't be a problem
