I got an interview through a referral. I was told beforehand that the interview process has been significantly streamlined compared to the past. It was all remote. Overall, it took just under one month from start to end.
The first call was a basic screening interview about my background and skills. I was emailed a PDF clearly detailing the steps and what to expect during the whole process.
Next was the technical interview. It was for a Ruby developer position. There was a 1 hour live coding session with two senior engineers. It was quite practical, with no super challenging or esoteric DSA-style problems.
Finally, there was a behavioral interview with the hiring manager and product owner for the team. It was a pleasant conversation.
I received a relatively prompt response that I didn't get an offer. Overall it was a smooth, pleasant process.
