I spoke with the HR girl who was lovely, then was asked to do a project over the weekend that involved designing a whole campaign, THEN talked to the directors in charge of the role. The directors didn't ask me a single question about the project they asked me to present. Hardly any questions were asked in the interview at all to be honest and then the feedback they gave my recruiter for why they weren't going to hire me included actual lies about what happened in the interview. This company has a great reputation and I really wanted to work here but this was one of the most scarring interview processes I've ever experienced. A word to the wise- avoid at all costs.
