Bolster Inc interview questions

Interviewed in April 2025. Met with the recruiter for a screening interview. The screener provided basic information about the company, specifically regarding the Sales Organization, which currently does not have a VP of Sales. After the initial call, the screener ghosted me, even though they had provided positive feedback on my previous experience.

Applied online, didn't hear anything back for nearly three weeks before they hastily asked if I would be interview for the role. Interviewed with the hiring manager on Zoom and never heard from them again, pretty lame but standard operating procedures from companies like this these days. Don't care that I didn't move forward but sending an email after spending time preparing and discussing the role isn't that hard.
