Began with a standard phone screen with the Talent Acquisition Manager to determine if there’s a mutual fit. Next was a phone screen with Engineering Manager discussing engineering experience and what I’m looking for in my next role. Afterwords there was a take home project based around a real world-type scenario (no algorithm tricks). Finally was a multi-interview virtual onsite with the entire hiring team, consisting of both engineers and managers where we walk through technical and non-technical past scenarios and responsibilities (very thorough process).
