I was invited for the two-hour TRIAL SHIFT. I did it. The manager provided a good brief in the beginning informing that for such a fast-paced job they will pay minimum according to their new policy. However, service charges will be added in accordance to how busy the restaurant gets.
The environment was really not worth it. As a new (training) staff, you will be isolated from others as most of the staff are from the same place (Gujrat, India), which is alright until they are very unfriendly, will speak with each other in their language, and act as if you are not there. Very unfriendly and get irritated if you seek instructions from them but they prefer their people only and do not like to work with people from other countries or places. Always on the phone, speaking with someone over the phone, and trying to boss over you even when you both are on the same rank. It is not a great environment to work in and seemed like Bone Daddies is heavily staffed with unfriendly, favoured, sort-of-trained, self-centered Indian Gujarati people.
