Fairly straightforward process. Phone screening, face to face with GM (Guideshop Manager), phone call with another GM in district, then a phone call with the district manager. This process takes about a week or two.

The initial phone interview was pretty boilerplate overall. Basic questions about what I would bring to the store and the team. I'm interested in learning more but I won't know if I will learn more until the management team decides if I will get a second interview.

Interview
I first did a phone interview with someone who isn't even a manager because the acutal manager was too lazy to do it, then I met with the manager and before I was actually hired I had a facetime interview with the regional manager who was the only one who actually asked legit questions relevant to acquiring a job.
