The design challenge of the interview was part of the design project of the company and after 4 steps of the interviews and spending more than one month with good feedback after each step, they made an unpredictable extra interview with somebody I didn't see him in any interviews who don't have any eye contact with me and didn't let me present my solution and design and a couple of time just repeated you did a great job and all team like your design solution, he wrapped up 30 min meeting to 10 min and 2min after that wired interview I just received a refused email.
