After applying online I got a phone screen from someone higher up in the company (not a developer), then went in for a technical interview (2 developers), then had another interview to expand on the culture fit IIRC (a third developer and the initial caller). The entire process was pretty thought out - they knew what they wanted. Although they were definitely looking for someone competent, then fitting into the team/getting along was just as important if not more so. Would recommend!
