There was a business letter writing exercise first, followed by the in person component of the interview, which was a presentation, letter writing and in person interview. Questions asks about experience, desire for the role, aspirations for the future and overall knowledge of the industry.

The process was lengthy and included 3 stages. The final stage involved a day in UCD where you were initially tasked with writing a letter to a buyer, followed by a presentation to a panel and interview. the presentation was on a task that was provided to me 4 days prior to the interview 1. Online application - Questions, CV, Cover Letter 2. Online Tests 3. Written Exam on the same day as a panel Interview which included a presentation followed by interview
