      Interviewed with an HR representative on my college campus. Was then contacted by two managers in different engineering departments for a phone interview. Job offer came via email after my phone interviews.

      They came on campus and interviewed for the position, called for a phone interview with the department a week or two later, then they made an offer about a week after that.

      It was pretty straight forward. I went to the career fair on campus that morning. I got a call for a interview that afternoon. They asked me to go there for a interview that afternoon. The interview was short, about 20 mins. Two of them was there and they did not even ask any of my experiment, but straight to the academic and skills.

      Interview was set up as a panel with two representatives from HR, the Engineering Manager, and the Controls and Systems Manager. The college set up the interview. A few days after the interview I was contacted by one of the HR representatives present to attend an on-site visit of the facility and conduct a follow on interview with senior team members.

      Questions were basic due to the population of candidates being interviewed were still conducting undergraduate study. They were mainly focused on engineering interests, past work experience, and where I saw myself professionally after completing college.
