Very bad experience with the overall hiring process, first thing they rescheduled my interview many times due to un availability of panels, then any how I cleared all the 2 technical and one HR round, salary discussion also done, they asked me to share the documents for processing the offer letter and I shared as well but after that they just promised me every week like you will get the offer by this week and it was continued around 3weeks and in the end they told me we over hired for the position and we have to put you on hold. My suggestion to Born group please be clear if you are not in the position to release the offer, don’t make false promises. Thanks
