I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Bosch (Plymouth, MI)
Interview
Hiring process is a little slow, but due diligence must be done by the company so it's understandable. Interview process was actually a joy. It was panel style. The questions were position based and resume based. They also did a great job in thoroughly explaining the position, what I'd be doing, and how I could progress in my career afterwards.
Thank you for leaving a review about your phone interview with Bosch! We are happy to hear that you had a positive experience and felt comfortable. We frequently review our hiring processes and your feedback is important for us to continue improving.
— Your Bosch Team
Pretty well structured and timely. There were 3 rounds and were all wrapped up under a month. The questions were to the mark and respectful interactions were icing on the cake. Couldn't have asked for more.
Document screening before interviews.
Two interviews for newly graduated students.
First one online. Second one at the office in Yokohama.
If you didn't pass the interview of your first desired position, they will offer you another chance with your second desired position.
Overall it was a very pleasant experience. Very friendly staff and interviewers. I feel very welcomed.
