Interview process is super long (2 months) with recruiters being Randstad contractors and non responsive. When they do get back, they call you out of no where. The process was as follows, I talked to the hiring manager, then there was a presentation panel interview with 5 (two didn't show up), followed by five 1:1 interviews (interviewers showed up late). A few other observations, this company is old school corporate, meaning it is quite hierarchal, siloed, and and set in their ways. The interviewers kept saying that one way or another.

Question 1
Steps to assess the risks in the program you are responsible for? Criteria to move from one phase of a program to another?
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Bose (Boston, MA) in Jun 2015
Interview
Was contacted by a recruiter. Took over 4 months for the entire process.
First step: One hour phone interview with hiring manager.
Second Step: write a 2 page mini research paper making a recommendation on entering a new line of business.
Third step: on-site interviews with 7 people, one hour each. Case studies at almost every stage of the process, on the phone and in person.
Very analytical people. Looking for a culture fit in a group of mostly engineers.

Question 1
Case Study: How would you analyze whether to enter a new line of business?
I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Bose (Boston, MA) in Jan 2022
Interview
The interview process was very long, about 3 hours a day for 5 days. I met a lot of very talented people, but I don't know if I would say that the work that you needed to put in was worth it. There was very little feedback after those 15 hours and a presentation.
Multiple phone interviews with hiring manager and HR, in person interviews with cross-functional managers I would be working with. The process took a long time, but I was hired in the end.
