Very thorough Q & A with senior management, easy, relaxed and friendly. The position and the organization exist to help the homeless & hungry of Boston; so it was not a cutthroat type, high pressure sales type of interview process. We all have the same goals of affecting as many people as possible, so it was collaborative; at least if felt collaborative to me.
